Star Trek Voyager Desktop Wallpapers

Erm ... yeah ... perhaps. I surely didn't have the holo-grid in mind when designing that wallpaper. See that window behind Janeway and Chakotay behind which the timeship is stored? That one has those square-like things in its frame. That gave me the idea of the grid as a background motif.

It works well.

I love Neelix's expression, he looks very Klingon. The creative choice to give Janeway Klingon makeup but to not make B'Elanna and Neelix look human in the WW2 holoprogram is interesting: I wonder if the producers thought we wouldn't recognise Neelix without Talaxian makeup.

^ ^ ^ I like that Admiral Paris is looking over Janeway's shoulder and Janeway is looking at Tom. Admiral Paris was Janeway's mentor and Janeway has become Tom's mentor.

Star Trek Voyager Desktop Wallpapers I like your wallpapers for Barge of the Dead - I think the red works really well. This wallpaper in particular because Janeway was like a mother figure for B'Elanna and it was the first episode for a while where the Janeway and B'Elanna seemed close.

My favorite VOY ep!!! ^^
Yeah, it's a lovely one. Not my fav but a good one.

You manage to see things I have never seen in my own creations - but they are mostly interesting ideas.
Of course, if he and Barclay swapped places, he could still be looking at Janeway ...

Thanks. That particular shade of pinkish/reddish colour actually comes from the scenes where B'Elanna is in/at the Klingon hell. At least, that's what it looks like on MY screen. Although, ofc, over the years I have found out that several people see the same thing in different colours - the blessing, I guess, of the wide selection of monitors available in the market and probably the billions of variations in the way we can set colours and stuff on them. (The colour of the Doctor's uniform is the most controversial AFAIK, it comes across in trillions of shades of blue and green on different people's monitors.)

I'm grateful to see how Kate Mulgrew changed her mind about the fact of playing Janeway again in TV show. I guess that she was inspired by Stewart's experience with Star Trek: Picard.
I just hope that IF she indeed get a part in the franchise again, it will be good because sorry but Picard (seing Seven again, is great but storylines could be better) and others are quite disappointed.

Happy Thanksgiving!

I love the legacy characters, too. But the storylines, oy. So far the only new Treks I really like are Prodigy and SNW.
