    It sounds like it will last throughout the season, with different cases in between.

    Fun fact: The last episode of the Mothership (well, not the one that aired just last Friday, the one before that) had L&O vet John Bedford Lloyd.

    In Ozark, JBL played a character named Frank Cosgrove. So here he is in L&O, playing alongside Jeffrey Donovan...who himself is playing another Frank Cosgrove. :)

    As for OC: They appear to be starting another arc. While the casino arc isn't over yet. Should be interesting...

    Do you mean the Brotherhood one? It's a continuation from last season, only now being revenge against Elliot.

    Oh, this thing with Vaughn and his goons has something to do with the Brotherhood? I admit I did wonder where they got all that NYPD gear...

    But it was clear that the reason Vaughn was doing this was because he (and several of his men) were victims of abuse in the foster home. I didn't see any direct connection to the Brotherhood there. Also I had assumed that every member of the Brotherhood was rounded up in the raid that concluded that arc.

    Although a link to the Brotherhood would explain why the cops in that other NYPD car were shooting at Bell and Stabler.

    I consider it lazy writing that every other cop outside of their unit thinks Stabler is wrong for turning in the Brotherhood.

    Watching SVU sometimes with Stabler around and sometimes without Stabler makes it feel natural, people change work occasionally.

    Is Camilla Belle the worst actor who's ever gotten multiple episodes on any Law & Order show?

    That episode was probably one of the better OC episodes of its run and frankly because Stabler wasn't the centre of attention. Both Whelan and Reyes had their moments, especially the latter and frankly, Reyes was better defined in one episode than Ice-T has been in twenty years. I'm actually engaged to know what is going on with Jet, who seems to be having some kind of PTSD or something.

    It was ok. Reyes part was rather confusing. It seemed like he was abused in part. I feel bad for Jet.

    Well, that last SVU was one big fat nothingburger...

    And the latest Mothership makes the finals for Most Annoying Defense Attorney Ever. And that's saying something. :lol:

    Well, attorneys have an obligation to be vigorous advocates for their clients. She was just more "vigorous" than necessary.

    She went way beyond vigorous, the way she kept interrupting Price with frivolous :censored:ing objections every .005 seconds.

    Which OC structure do you like better? One story at a time like season 2, or one big story with unrelated cases in between like season 3?

    I'd prefer they stick to one arc at a time.

    I was kind of confused that they wrapped up the Vaughn arc so soon... :confused:

    I like that other cases can come along, but the casino storyline is very paint by numbers. I found the Vaughn one much more engaging, especially given the way it affected Reyes.

    Stabler and Tia Leonetti (the Italian cop) have way, WAY more chemistry than he ever did with Benson.

    And on SVU, that last ep - the one about the soccer player, obviously ripped from a headline I'm not aware of - should have ended with Muncy and Velasco kicking around the soccer ball.

    <Steve Martin>
    But NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
    </Steve Martin>

    Couldn't pass up another St. Olivia Speech, could they? :rolleyes:

    And I'm also confused...exactly what kind of soccer league was that? I mean, it's obviously not MLS, since the field looks more like something a kid built in his backyard.

    I honestly can't recall a single thing about the casino storyline. I mean, I'm generally not a fan of Organized Crime in the first place, but I don't even remember how the damn thing started.

    There was an old apartment building next to the proposed casino, and the old dude living in it refused to move until the casino family hired a hit man to kill him.
