The Cuban/Miami arc is over. It's back to the Casino son.

Anyhoo, the SVU ep I just watched ("Jumped In") was, and I believe this is a first for any L&O show, actually written by two of the actors on the show! The story was, anyway. Terry Serpico (Chief McGrath) and Kadia Saraf (attorney Anya Avital) wrote it.

Edit: Now I'm on the next ep ("Soldier Up"). When Benson is in the hospital room talking to the kid who attacked her, Duarte talks to the kid in Spanish and Benson doesn't understand. I thought she DOES speak Spanish?

Oh, and is it just me, or is Fin being set up for Lieutenant's bars in Bronx SVU?

I think so. It certainly looks that way.

 

I actually like this BX9 arc that SVU is doing. It's more interesting than OC, anyway.

And I like Duarte a hell of a sight more than Benson.

I mean, I actually LAUGHED when Benson saw the tree in the park (with the undies hanging on it) and she screamed at it. The pretentiousness...it burns!

I've wondered for years what was keeping them from cutting Ice T. He is a beloved character and I love him, don't get me wrong. But if you are looking for a large salary not named Mariska, its him.

Those parents in the Mothership this week were some of the worst the franchise has ever seen.

 

definately a pair of money grabbers who will live on the money while their son rots in rickers.

Defence lawyer was pretty scummy as well. The judge was pretty easy on her. Sure there was a contract but the timing of the payment doesn’t pass the sniff test.

 

What L&O defense attorney isn't?

Just more trauma for Olivia. Yea that's a good question.

But wow... that EO end scene, it was a mess. The full scene is a lot better from what I read about it. It comes to DW and NBC getting in the way. It's just a hot mess.

C and M worked hard on it and it sucks that they and the fans got screwed over.
