'All Good Things...' is an amazing final episode, for me TNG ends there.

Your view of Star Trek is the same as my view of the Terminator movies: there's nothing after a certain point. With Terminator, I ignore everything after 2.

While the only TNG Movie I really like is First Contact, I don't find any of the others bad enough so that I think, "They didn't happen!" More like, "I kind of wish they didn't, so anything better that comes along works for me!"

Yes, of course I'm okay with your view. That's why I mentioned a different franchise where I have a similar viewpoint.

The TNG films are kind of an alternate universe, as it were, like the TOS films from TOS.

I just saw on Twitter Una McCormack has posted her new Picard novel Second Self about Raffi novel is out in the book store Forbidden planet in London.. And is coming out in the USA Tuesday September 13. I'm looking forward to reading this book..It takes place between season2 and 3.Elnor is going to be in it. I hope Rios and the other Picard crew will also appear in the book too.

According to the blurb it takes place between seasons 1 and 2. It's supposed to explain why and how Raffi became a Starfleet Academy instructor in season 2.

Well, now you're confusing me. You think it takes place after season 2, but you hope Rios will be in it? Umm...

I got the new Star Trek Picard audio book cds Second Self by Una McCormack. the story with Raffi and Elnor has been really interesting we get some of the back story of what happened during the last days of the Dominion war on a planet Raffi was on and what happened there .Between the Cardassians and the Romulans and a mystery Raffi and Elnor get involved in with a former Tal shiar agent Raffi knows.
