I have a feeling if the DCEU were in better position than they would too also announce several products too but they're not.

Studio announcements, delays or other issues intended for SDCC are nothing new. Regarding a Supergirl project, I think there's so much WB does not want to spoil (such as her lineage, how she plays into the Flash film, etc.), that they were not prepared to tease that at the moment. Even their licensed items did not spoil much (other than a couple of looks at Keaton's Batman from the Flash movie in the form of toys).
What did I miss about Batgirl being in flux?
Well, it features Michael Keaton's Batman and JK Simmons' Jim Gordon, so it probably depends on The Flash setting such a situation up.
Ah, like I so. I thought another DCEU star turned out to be a hot mess and I somehow missed it.

Quality, not quantity.
I'd rather have a couple of strong films over the next few years than 10 movies that were run off of the assembly line and right into the Wal-Mart five-dollar bin of forgettable junk. Of previous big Marvel announcements, I only found one production (The Falcon and the Winter Soldier) to be thoroughly enjoyable. Their latest and presumably "A"-level releases (Spider-Man 3, Strange 2, Thor 4) were underwhelming to awful, and each felt like it was more important to keep pushing content from the assembly line rather than build worthy stories. YMMV.

Yeah. I mean, I think that Phase 4 is a bit weaker then the other phases overall (Eternals and Thor 4 really bring down the general score, and Falcon & WS was pretty weak outside of the main two characters), but its still given us some great stuff (Multiverse of Madness, Shang Chi, No way Home, Loki and Hawkeye all being solid to great in my opinion, and the second half of Wandavision is pretty good), and I'm excited for a lot of the stuff coming up and almost all of the new announcements.
As for DC, I'm really excited for Shazam 2, Black Adam, Aquaman 2 and probably Batgirl, but Marvel's announcements, to me, really brought them back to the top after a slightly rocky period (where they were still on the top, but the future was a bit foggy).
I guess from a financial pov they're going to want The Flash to introduce the Keaton Batman and save it for that.
I was thinking at this point after multiple X-Men continuities, standalone Joker and Batman movies, Batwoman and Titans having their own Bruce Waynes, multiverse shenanigans and so on I bet audiences now could roll with it (just releasing Batgirl w/o Flash). Hell, the Batgirl directors said they don't even know how Keaton ends up in their movie. I think the press wouldn't be able to let it go though and would focus on it too much.

I was under the impression that the Flash movie would establish Bat-Keaton being in the same universe as Batgril, which would explain his appearance in the Batgirl film, since its clear that in the main DC universe (of Cavill/Affleck/Gadot/Momoa, et al.) there was no other Batman predating Affleck's.
Wrong: the last time the MCU was consistently delivering quality storytelling was 2015.
They've had a handful of standout outings since then (Doctor Strange, Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther, Shang Chi, Eternals) but for the most part the MCU has descended into formulaic mediocrity plagued by dumb decisions or overexposed connectivity.
I can’t remember the last time I was actually excited for the next “Marvel Studios: Product” outing. The best they can get is “mildly interested” as with the recent announcement of “Crisis On Infinite Ear….” I mean “The Multiverse Saga”.
And in general Warner Bros handling of the DCEU has failed on both of those metrics overall
