Pretentious: The writers are ashamed of the fact the show they're writing is based on a comic so they take it upon themselves to "fix" things to make it as unlike the comics as possible because obviously nothing based on comics can be good unless massively altered.
It is. Making a Guardians show/movie and then not making them aliens having adventures in space or a Thor movie/show where he and the Asgardians are delusional humans part of a Cult on Earth shows how highly the writers respect the IP.

Depends on the story. By all means I am all for exploring such a theme.
And it's still not shame. Shame is a highly negative and potentially toxic emotion which the authors have not expressed in any meaningful way. It is an assumption, at best, and one that misses the point of adaptation.
Kids are currently playing games like Bendy and the Ink Machine and Five Nights at Freddy's.

First of all, that they are all 'suitable for a 12 year old audience' was not what they said. There is a huge difference between something being a show that we would allow children to watch versus being a show that is "silly" and childish. And there is also a huge difference between being a show that we would allow children to watch and a show that is in any way meant for children.
Secondly, I don't agree that all the D+ series are generally any one thing in the first place. What If? is not all that different from the cartoons I watched as a kid. Hawkeye feels very much like a family oriented holiday movie.
But on the other hand, Falcon and the Winter Soldier is only just barely watchable for kids and while WandaVision is totally fine for kids to watch, it is highly unlikely to be even remotely interesting to kids on account of the fundamentally adult nature of the entire story.
I'm not sure where I'd put Loki, but it's probably somewhere in between those two points. (I don't mention Moon Knight because I haven't seen it yet.)
He cannot provide evidence. His hollow "shame" charge is based on nothing more than his resentment of superhero productions which were celebrated for being serious, yet still captured the essence of the source, instead of being some silly cartoon that happened to have live action in place of animation.
Notice he continues to reference the Guardians films as if its style/approach is some benchmark for superhero films, which is obviously not the case, thankfully, otherwise the MCU would not have enjoyed one of its few great productions such as Captain America: The Winter Soldier, most of the Netflix series, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier or The Incredible Hulk (still the best Banner/Hulk representation of this franchise).
Actually, they were celebrated for abandoning the essence and for creating the line of thought that all CBMs must do this.
It is, it showed just how non-grounded a CBM could be and still be a roaring success critically and commercially. A nice middle finger to those who think "grounded" CBMs are what all CBMs should be.

I know Morbius is only MCU Adjacent and not truly an MCU film but it's both not very good and somehow better than I expected. Taken on its own merits it's a mediocre way to kill about 1 hour and 50 minutes with no real desire to go back and rewatch most of it but you're not going to be completely unentertained. Matt Smith's Lucien is the best thing about the entire film. The Adrian Toomes/Vulture crossover from the MCU is fun but hardly worth the wait.
I really wish Matt Smith could book some better roles. He's great, but the only stuff he seems to act in Post Doctor Who are terrible movies and random streaming shows. At least he'll probably do well with that GoT spin off, although I didn't watch GoT so its not like I'll be watching that show, I just want him to do well.
