Definitely picked up on that after rewatching the last episode of Mandalorian Season 2.Hamill didn't record the lines of dialog for the Mandalorian or TBOBF. Young Luke's voice that we heard in these shows was 100% synthesized based on AI analysis of audio from past recordings of Hamill's voice (Source). And the final product is quite bland and lacking in nuance and inflection... especially in BOBF as Luke had much more dialog than the few lines in his brief appearance in the Mando show. This audio technology is still quite a ways off from producing really convincing, warm, natural and emotive vocal delivery.

I never understood the complaints around this film. It took those points and actually made it kind of interesting. I enjoy the hell out of Solo. The biggest problem with Solo was that it tried to mash every bit of Han Solo lore into one movie.
How he got started
How he met Chewie
How he got the Falcon
How he knew Lando
How he made the Kessel Run
As a result, none of these things were handled particularly well story-wise. The Kessel Run stuff was particularly cringey-bad.
