Doggies, Doggos and Doggeroos!

My mom's been thinking about getting boots for Gracie for when we go hiking in the open desert at one of the parks we go to. There are cacti all over the place out there, and the poor girl keeps getting thorns stuck in her feet every time we go out there. Some of them are pretty big and get so deep we need to use a hemostat to pull them out.

it’s a good idea, and they eventually get used to them. They’re good for a lot of different situations. I got them for my dogs because people rock salt their sidewalks when it’s icy. After we get home they lick their paws and it makes me so nervous. It could kill them. They make disposable booties too!

How are you getting the Imgur clips to work? I was trying to post some over in my animals thread, and I kept getting boxes with a picture of a piece of paper with a "no" symbol, and it said "Imgur won't connect" when I moved my arrow over them.

Had to figure that out myself. Turns out, you have to copy the link of the gallery (not the gif/mp4 itself) into the media (the one you also use for YouTube, so not the image one) function.

I was trying the address in the top bar when it gave me the errors.

This is what I keep getting when I use the media button.

Ah, yes, that's happened to me a few times, too. Seems some of those gifs/mp4s won't work, maybe there's some option the uploaders clicked. Others have worked perfectly fine, so it has to be something on the imgur end.

Our rottie had a docked tail (a practice now illegal in Australia) so it was never a case of his suddenly going after it. Also given the way the stump went on occasions might have been a good thing :)

Can't ever recall the shih-tzu maltese-X ever reaction to her tail but that might have something to with it being more a vertical tail than horizontal.

I was talking about my rottie and maybe if she had a tail it would have been like a sensor when moving about and not banged her face so much when turning around in hallways. That was at a time when docking tails was legal until it was banned in the UK in 2007. I love to see a rottie with a big bushy tail but I'll never forget my dogs when they were happy and shakin' that ass

I think it was around that time that docking was banned in Australia (or maybe a litte bit earlier).

We had no idea what a rottie tail was like so my brother looked it up on the internet - he was worried that it would be thin wussy looking thing and most relieved when it was big thick tail worthy of a rottweiler :)
