Is it just me or was Linda Cardellini shot separately from everyone else? There's only two quick shots where she and Renner are in the same shot and she looks green-screened in. In every other shot she or the other person has their back to the camera.

The Daredevil connection is apparently that Fisk was wearing his father's cufflinks from that show.

What did the Tracksuits want with Laura's watch?

Another weird thing. In behind-the-scenes photos Alaqua Cox has the hand print face paint from the comics on but we never see it in the show itself.

The simplest fansplanation is that she IS Bobbi, and she assumed the identity of "Laura" when she retired, knowing she wanted to have kids and wanting some extra anonymity.

The "19" on the back of the watch confirms it, as Bobbi was also know as Agent 19.

As I've seen noted elsewhere, given the age of her and Clint's oldest child, Laura stopped being Mockingbird no later than 2002. So more than enough time for AOS's Bobbi to take on the mantle and number herself. If 007 can be replaced...

I really hope Val insisted on Eleanor paying upfront. That post-mission debriefing with Yelena's gonna be hella awkward as it is.

Not only that, the last (pre-credits) line of the episode is about setting up reusing a codename. Adding to the fact that Morse was never called "Mockingbird" (or once, vaguely), reports of AoS's erasure remain, it seems, overblown. A contradiction that doesn't actually exist considering MCU material, and even if it did exist, that's easy to fanwank around, is hardly a smoking gun.

If anything I would like to see Agents incorporated with the MCU like what we saw with kingpin and Daredevil. AOS was a great series and I would like to see some of those characters again (like Fitzsimmons and Quake).

I don't recall Bobbi ever being referred to as Agent 19, and neither does the MCU Wiki, which does not list "Agent 19" among her aliases.

I recently rewatched her seasons and I never heard her referred to as such.

It was pretty good episode. Nothing amazing. Shame they didn’t go through NBC Studios during the battle. That would have been fun.

I don't think NBC would want a Disney/Marvel/ABC show shooting in there. Besides, NBC is just a tenant.

Did anyone notice in the scene where Clint is pinned down by Kazi and he is reaching for the arrow and then something happens and he is free? What was that? Did they cut a blow to balls scene or something? All we got was a close up of Kazi's face and a punching sound. I'm guessing it was the balls but it was really weird and annoyed the hell out of me because it looks like it was edited after the fact. You show people getting stabbed, jumping out windows and getting blown up but a kick in the balls is where they draw the line?

Clint was just playing with Kazi, waiting until the tracksuit mafia showed up. There is a continuity error as Kazi had Clint face down, cut to the tracksuits approaching, then Clint is on his back when he flips Kazi off him.

Maybe Bobbi and Laura were good friends and Laura saved her life on a mission and when Laura retired to live a normal life her friend Bobbi gave her the watch as a gift. Or worst Bobbi has died given that watched even more sentimental value.

It confirms she was A Mockingbird. There's plenty of room for two.

If "Black Widow" can refer to an entire "Type" of Red Room/KGB Assassin, then I don't see why "Mockingbird" can't be more than 1 Agent.

Yeah, with a franchise that has two Hawkeyes, an army of Black Widows, and an infinite supply of Lokis, two Shield agents sharing the same number is hardly a concern.

Even if they are trying to erase Agents of Shields they are going to have to try harder. Sorry Mr. Feige. Going to have take a bigger swing than a watch with a number on it. I got a whole lot of kickass headcanon to use in defense of AOS.

Nothing in Hawkeye discredits AoS. The ending was a nice easter egg for fans of the comics and it was done in a subtle way. I had no problem with it. Also, am I the only one who loved the mid credits scene. I could watch that all day.
