The Star Trek cruise will be in January of next year if covid doesn't cause them to cancel it again.I heard on the news that a Cruise ship Passengers had covid it was spreading quickly aboard a ship last week.

 

Very random thought: Who'd interview Wil Wheaton on The Ready Room if Wesley ever happened to show up on Picard?

They'll get another universally mocked but personally popular and beloved Trek actor. Garrett Wang.

 

I think he should interview himself. I'll allow him complete freedom in how he decides to do that. My serious contenders are Q duplicating himself in Death Wish and Woody Allen cross-examining himself in Bananas, constantly jumping into and out of the witness stand as he's switching between the roles.

Seriously, with Zoom interviews, all he needs is a webcam placed very conspicuously next to him while he's standing in the studio.

 

I honestly think he would more likely appear on Lower Decks than Picard.

 

I don't know, Garth, but I think @SJGardner brings up a very good point.

 

So... Aren't we about 6ish weeks away from S2? I thought it was slated for Feb '22. I'd like to think another trailer is coming, or at least some new teaser ads.

 

I want to see new ads for season 2 of Picard Sometime in February it's supposed to come back.

Thanks for sharing there's anew article on Trekmovie about Picard season 2 and Evan Evagora talks about working with Whoopi Goldberg and how much fun he had to get to spend time with her in scenes they filmed together. And he also says he'll be glad when fans will finally get to see season 2 in several weeks.

 

If. Will it be on Amazon Prime like season 1, or will Paramount cock up again like with Discovery?

 

Paramount is working as hard as possible to screw over everyone they can prior to the holidays. It's actually their corporate mission statement.

 

Discovery will be on a mid-season break after next week until February 10th. That means Picard won't be back in February, but at the end of March/beginning of April most likely...
