I never watch these, but started watching them for the next-episode teasers, and I gotta say, I'm enjoying them. I think I especially liked the interview with Frakes. I suspect the difference is that you have a host who actually worked on Trek. For some reason that makes it feel less "officlal house organ," because he can get away with little cracks about the life making TNG that a fan host could not. I think.
