I'm adopting another dog ! He's a 5 year-old Jack Russell Terrier/Pittie mix, brown, white, and black with a "Half-face" marking, and he's a beautiful floof that I just can't wait to bring home, so until then... 
Sounds like a cute pup.
Now I can say that his bark is literally deafening without exaggerating.
Pretty much, I like to joke about him being all lungs.

I'm in the great white north (have been 12 years) but mum is back in Australia.
But it's called a sausage sizzle and basically a thin beef sausage on a piece of white bread, maybe with some onions and usually done as part of fund raising activities.
Sometimes we'd get the dogs to sit and wait but most of the time as soon as the heavy inner door was open, they would barrel through the dog flap to be with the humans.
At least when our rottie did this to our German shepard, he was a puppy and fitted under her with ease.
