Doggies, Doggos and Doggeroos!

Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate it. Happy Thursday to everyone else.

The one on the left looks unhappy. Must be having the food in front of him and not allow to eat it.

Patience, patience !

I have two whole turkeys for the humans and two turkey breasts for the doggos cooking right now, and I don't know which group is drooling more...

I'd bet, though, that it's my Newfie !

** Not my actual Newfie, but still actual drool

Fred was being extra cuddly tonight. I could tell he needed mommy time. He fell asleep on me like this. I have a really bad cramp in my neck from not moving for 2 hours, but it’s worth it. I wouldn’t dream of disturbing this moment.

Sometimes you just need to appreciate little things like this. Fred is old, 17. He won’t be around forever. These little moments are so precious to me. Some of the best memories in my mind are peaceful slices of down time like this one.

A few days late, but overwhelming thankful.

I'm glad you both have each other.
