The stuff about her moving into her own quarters and having more implants removed – and getting to wear a proper bloody uniform – are all things the show should have tackled for real during seasons six and seven.
Saving Drive. Of the episodes left, it manages to at least be fun.

Saving FRIENDSHIP ONE because it's not really a bad episode. It's just a bit of a bore and drags a bit. Seven goes from not giving two f's about a mission to find retro-tech, to kinda starting to care about what happened to the last survivor of this ill-fated voyage. Something to strive for in human missions going to Mars....I guess?

Like several of Voyager's later episodes, it feels like something they should have got around to earlier, and would have been better if they did, if only they hadn't been messing about with Kazon and whatever Kes's psychic powers were this week.

I'm going to save "Nightingale". Because Kim gets to prove why there was wisdom in not promoting him after all, and it's got Shepherd Book from Firefly in it. Plus "Natural Law" is so boring that I honestly can't remember what it's about beyond a shuttle crashing somewhere, and I last saw it perhaps only two months ago on my Voyager rewatch marathon.

Well, I've missed the whole thing.
The worst one IMO is Friendship One. There are so many wrongs in it, it's appalling. Like Carey, they can't bring him back! Not long before they established that Seven's nanoprobes can bring back a rotting corpse but here they don't even envisage the possibility (if only to reject it from some contorted reason) and I could go on and on about all the things in that episode that are downright stupid. What a pile of junk!

Less than nothing, he was an outright jerk to his temporary crew. I am surprised they didn't throw him out of an airlock. There is zero growth to his character, in fact, he's even, more insufferable in season seven than he was back in season one.
Considering your description, are you referring to season 6's "ONE SMALL STEP" instead? If so, then you can revote, but that might alter considerably the final 4 left... "REPRESSION", "NIGHTINGALE", "FRIENDSHIP ONE", and "NATURAL LAW".
Yes, Friendship One is so much worse than One Small Step! And that says something since "One Small Step" is crapola.
