It really is hard to tell. The middle cylinder looks more like a Kelvin nacelle, with the lights at the edge and the solid front, with the side cylinders seeming to have Enterprise-style nacelle domes. It might be the same ship that's visible at the very beginning of the timelapse sequence, but you can't see the nacelles in that shot, just a little bit of the saucer and rollbar (but it's enough to confirm that that ship isn't a kitbash of the Kelvin or the Enterprise at all, but just roughly shaped in the Kelvin style for deep-background).
Actually, looking at the sequence, I'm much more sure it's the same ship both times, while it moves off at the very beginning, you can see it stopped at the end of the spacelane as the camera swings around the front of the Enterprise the first time. It's pointing the other way, but it's definitely the same ersatz-Armstrong.
