Star Trek: Starships Model/Magazine Subscription

Since Star Trek Beyond was supposed to come out for the 50th anniversary, I think it was a nod to the original name Roddenberry had picked.
I know where the name came from, but a better fit for that nod would have been for the lost ship they found in the movie rather than the starbase, IMO.

Did these models receive any overhaul. Warship Voyager and Assimilated Voyager have crisp details compared to the default Voy.
To the best of my knowledge Eaglemoss hasn't changed any release. Through the various Trek collections I think one of the shuttle's is the only ship to have a change in production to it.

Still waiting for my Recluse because DPD "missed me" even though I was in the house all day... either their driver didn't want to bother coming out this way or it's the guy who knocks so quietly (there's a DOORBELL!) that you need to be Superman to have a chance of hearing it.

Grr.

They're apparently re-delivering today. We'll see.

Yay, it has arrived, in all it's pointy prism-y goodness!

Definitely looks like you might imagine Blake's 7's Liberator would if made genuinely alien.

The Equinox XL mag includes a new image of the Defiant Pathfinder - or is it the Defiant pathfinder?

The image names that vessel the USS Defiant. The forward torpedo launchers have been replaced with the Novan secondary deflector.

I'd really like for Eaglemoss to make a 3D version of it. On EAS, the design of a four-nacelled variant of the Nova-class/Defiant-class pathfinder has long fascinated me.

I was hoping that the USS Toussaint magazine would reveal the exact length of the long-nacelled subtype, but it just gives the same figure of 630.94 meters... The magazine also uses mostly pictures of the Zheng He type, even for the cover.

The Armstrong now shows available on the US online store. So finally the three jjverse background ships should be out.
