I think they're just saying this is the first episode to have a title only in Klingon.
I haven't watched the trailer because it's region locked.
Why do I think they were inspired by those ENTER and DEEP fan edit shirt pics floating around?

I was wondering the same thing and would almost be motivated to purchase said shirt.

Possibly - there was a bit of a held gaze when he saved her from being a rage-scorpion. But other than that, I'm not seeing much evidence.
To my amazement it doesn't look like we have had a thread on figuring out nicknames for previous ships. The Enterprise has to be "Big E",however, due to historical precedent. I think I'll go start one.
I hope they just keep teasing.
