Apart from Vulcans with grey hair (Soval, Surak) I don't think so, but these are likely only due to age.

Yeah, the gray is definitely due to age, which is undsrstandable.
But I've never seen a blonde or redhead Vulcan.

But that was great, as I see it.
With long hair, she just looked like any ordinary blond female Starfleet crewmember.
I would like to see a species whose hair turns blue, pink or green when they age.
"Mortal Coil" having Neelix suffering a crushing crisis of faith and suicidal depression.
"Friendship One" where apparently some humans resulted in the end of the world. Also, the survivors being such selfish jackasses they blame other people for their own Chernobyl-esque mishandling of anti-matter.
The fact that water planet (I forgot the episode) is going to die because of capitalism.

Mortal Coil was horrible.
The third worst of all Voyager episodes.
There are five episodes altogether that are not exactly my fav - nevertheless I never skip those - and three of those are just too depressing for my taste: THE CHUTE, NEMESIS and especially RETROSPECT.
When it comes to depressing and annoying episodes in my beloved seasons 1, 2 and 3, then I must point out the following:
Emanations-downright boring
Elogium-OK, Kes is funny to watch when she eats beetles and freak out but the whole episode is weird and leads nowhere.
The Chute-the whole episode is just an excuse to take Kim' being the "whipping boy" of the series to it's absolute extreme by having him being beat up over and over again.
Blood Fever-B'Elanna is being mind raped and the whole episode is a bit....well creepy. Although Vorik is funny to watch when he freaks out.
Real Life-boring
But when it comes to skipping episodes, Real Life is the only one I skip now and then. It's just.....boring.
However, if I must count the whole series, then the following episodes are the worst:
1. "That episode in season 6"-for reasons I don't even have to explain. Worst insulting crap ever.
2. The Gift-Almost as bad as "that episode"
3. Mortal Coil-Horrible episode where Neelix is really humiliated as a character, having to lose his hope of seeing his beloved ones again.
4. Endgame-The whole episode is insulting to the Voyager fanbase. Couldn't they have come up with a better end episode?
5. Homestead-Was it avsolutely necessary to dump Neelix three episodes before the end (note: I haven't watched that episode but red the script and that's enough).
As for the often criticized Threshold, I actually find it a bit funny because I always see it as a nightmare paris had after eating too much of neelix's food and nothing that really happened to him and the crew.
As for Nemesis, it's the only season 4 episode I really like!
I honestly think "HOMESTEAD" was a really good end to a character arc, as Neelix got the best ending of all the leads. And that last moment when Tuvok does his foot dance for Neelix... it really illustrates just how deeply Tuvok cared for him. Very touching.
What did the rest of them get? A quick shot of Voyager heading to Earth, cut to end credits. No tearful reunion if Kim and his parents... no showing us Tuvok getting the help he needed... no showing of Tom holding his little girl, or of his dad reuniting with Tom... the list goes on.
(I will credit the acting choice of Richard Herd for one thing... his dialogue makes him seem like he doesn't care about Tom and just congratulating Janeway, but he made damn sure he looked right at his son multiple times when he was on screen. Kudos for bringing that bit of characterization to the scene.)
While many of these things are implied in the last shots, it would have been nice to see it. We were following these people for 7 years... we got to know them, and were on the journey with them. They didn't just cheat the characters of an ending... they cheated the audience.
Which is why Neelix got the best ending of all of them.

Given that they stumbled upon that major transwarp hub ('only six in the galaxy') only two weeks later the entire area might have been heavily Borg-infested, even if Voyager's sensors never picked up on that. I doubt all that activity suddenly ceased after its destruction - perhaps the Borg started reconstruction asap after that (to them) disaster. So, for all we know Neelix' colony might have been scooped up as soon as Borg cubes could get there without the aid of that particular transwarp hub, just because the Borg needed a few more local drones to aid in said reconstruction
And Neelix proves the ultimate anti-Borg WMD. As soon as his annoying personality is assimilated into the Birg's hive mind, it promptly self destructs.
(I actually liked Neelix, but it would make a hilarious ending to the saga. And less ridiculous than Janeway's salamander babies)

I kind of liked Neelix too. That is, he was generally portrayed as annoying, but there were depths that showed a much more interesting character. Unfortunately these were rarely tapped into, because he had to serve as 'comedic relief'. And he definitely changed for the better over the course of those 7 years.
He might even survive that Borg assimilation and the resulting destruction of the hive mind. After all, at the end even Tuvok admits he is perhaps the most resourceful individual he has ever known, and he is tenacious at clinging to life and surviving, too.
This would be a great idea for a new thread, "PHOTOSHOPPED VULCANS". Post pictures of Vulcans with different hair colors, styles, and even non-Vulcan like poses.
