He's in more than one scene, but I would say:
Tark from Wolf in the Fold.

He wears some kind of turban, knows the streets, and his reaction to his daughter's death was played well, but the rest of the episode, he was just sitting there without any sign of sadness.

Good guess it almost made me......JEALOUS!
    But.....that's not true!
    4. Character is a bit of an entrepreneur.

Curious. In what sense? He seemed alright to me. (Appreciate you're replying in response to the game).

    5. Look out he's armed -- but apparently only a danger to himself.

I was gonna say the chap in City who phasers himself, but he appears earlier at the missionary.

Oh - it's the kid from Piece of the Action. Only one scene, knows the territory (you'll be fragged from every window in the street), he hustles like an entrepreneur, he wears a cap, and the actor does a good job acting from a Doylist perspective, but an arguably poor job from a Watsonian view, pretending he hurt himself for Krako's guards.

    Right!! On every count!
Sheldon Collins did a good job in the episode but his "hurt" acting for the guards was cheesy.
    Thank god! Your turn.

LOL! I wasn't on the board much for a while there and I see by the passage of time that you had the game for a while! Good clues.

    And now . . . .

    1. I didn't just gain a passing familiarity with English or the equivalent, man - I *really* learned it, complete with appropriate dramatic flourishes and quite the vocabulary and logical lexicon. Unless the universal translator was operating, but given that everything else was turned off, let's assume it wasn't.

I wish to state for the record that your guesses are completely arbitrary.

    2. The production was so good! Some of my buddies really helped out.

Correct! Well, that one wasn't too hard. Darn it! It is indeed Yarnek, who has quite the awesome array of dialogue and signed up his "heavy foreclawed" buddies to assist in the Excalbian Theater Company's latest extravaganza.

Nice work! Grant . . . you have the conn!

Oh no. It's too soon for me to try again. It's up for grabs for whoever wants to dive in first.
