Well, SN11 fared worse than previous tests. It was a pretty foggy morning, which I was surprised they even attempted a launch as it was not visible on the launch pad. The video feed from the spacecraft showing the engines froze about 1 km from landing when the engine restart was to occur. A NASASpaceflight video feed of the landing pad caught the moment a loud boom ripped across and debris was seen falling.

Announcer said "Starship 11 is not coming back, so do not wait for the landing." Elon Musk tweeted, "At least the crater is in the right space."

SN15 launched and successfully landed today!

That was really cool..... HFY

Why no external video of the actual flight of the ship as it flips and lands, from an observation point?

SpaceX feed was the best quality, had a camera on the front fin looking back, which was sweet. but if you want to watch the whole shebang, NasaSpaceFlight had a long feed that went past the Fire on landing.

That sounds good. Love that these rockets have a design like something out of comic books.

Someone should challenge Musk or Bezos to build a ship designed to look like a Flash Gordon rocket
