Picard PISSED off

What episode was Picard at his best 'pissed' off moment. Usually he was calm and collective, but I always like his show down with the Admiral over LAL in the The Offspring. He was willing to risk a space battle to protect her rights by telling the Admiral he could following them back to the Federation to settle the matter.

Picard really showed me something there..

There was an episode with Q where Q said he felt like celebrating, and then Picard responded "I don't!"

And the episode with Sarek where he was under the influence of that telepathic thing and was arguing with Riker at one point.

He was pretty aggravated in "Who Watches the Watchers?" when the surviving anthropologist suggested that they foster the idea of "The Picard" as a religious figurehead.

"Yesterday's Enterprise" has a good portrayal of Picard under stress. There's a scene where he's arguing with Guinan where he suddenly slams his desk computer...you never see him crack like that in 'normal' circumstances.

And there's his famous interaction in "Qpid".

Q: "Well don't just stand there Jean-Luc, say something."
Picard: "Get out of my chair!"

Mind you he was under stress there too, as Vash had just dumped him. :)

Best moment by far is in The Ensigns of Command, where he's dealing with the Sheliak. They kept hanging up on him, so he hung up on them then hesitated to answer their hail.

Riker: You enjoyed that.
Picard: You're damn right I did!

There is also "Sarek" where he and Riker are shouting at each other. "DON'T YOU TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!" Of course that wasn't really him talking and he very quickly got himself under control.

At the end of "Preemtive Strike". He just sits there, disappointed and PISSED off. That look!

 That scene in "Preemptive Strike" is exactly what I was thinking of. I would say that is the scene that shows him so pissed that he becomes ice. I love how Riker decides to gets the Hell out of Dodge and leaves the ready room.

Warmest Wishes,

NO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! *Smashes glass*

It took me a few minutes, but that is, I think, the biggest pissed off moment the character had on screen. ST: FC of course.
In the series, here is my entry: in "Family". His brother provokes him in a way that only brothers can, and he lands one across his jaw.

Also the end of Silicon Avatar when Marr destroys the Crystalline Entity. He looks like he cant even speak, hes so mad. He tells Worf to get her off the bridge and when data says he'll do it, all he says without even turning around, "fine."

IMO, he was really a different person in that universe. The war made him a hard, bitter man.

Wow. Alll great choices. My first instinct was to say the part in FC where he smashes the glass/ yells about " The line must be drawn here!" However, after reading these other posts, I realize that yes, that showed him pissed, but it was an "action" of being pissed. I think when he was most pissed off was when he didn't say or do anything.

Preemptive Strike, The Crystalline Entity ep, the LAL ep. I think those showed him more pissed.

And as far as First Contact goes, I think he seems more pissed when he calls Worf a coward than when he smashes the glass. By that point he's gone beyond anger, he's getting nutty.
