The episode offers some interesting perspectives, even warped ones, but one of them is arguably sinister, especially when anyone could have done the work Sito had, and one could argue Picard misled her for other reasons too. If nothing else, LD is undeniably the weakest of this list anyway.

It is still quite possible, given how many members there are, to have ANY of the episodes not with a 3 count be eliminated. It's really any episode's game.
