LOL! Well, great idea to practice catching while moving. I'd love to see someone training to catch a Frisbee that way, or a football.I actually don't see that as all that overdone. It's obviously a good idea to practice catching the shield even while both you and it are moving, potentially in ways that don't allow you to keep your eye on it 100% of the time. Maybe he didn't have to be so gymnastic to do that, but gymnastics are a fairly simple and easy way to do it without having to set up tons of equipment.
I remember, God it was thirty years ago now, when the Berlin wall came down. Germans that had made it to the West wanted to reclaim property and apartments, often still with contents. Meanwhile East Germans had made their homes there for generations. I don't remember exactly how it played out, but this did have a real world resonance for me.The GRC is actively trying to force people back to where they used to live before the snap and that is a big part of where the whole refugee crisis is coming from.
You know I can't buy trying to make Karli seem sympathetic when she is burning three people alive and making supervillain rants while plotting to murder people.

I can't help but wonder if Sam telling Torres to keep the Falcon suit was a reference to the fact that he is the second Falcon in the comics, and a hint that he could be headed that way too.
I'm seeing a lot of people saying that JLD is in 'Black Widow' as well. Is that something that's been confirmed anywhere or just an assumption?
Interestingly, if it is true that would mean in a Covid-free world this would have been intended as her second appearance.
It's reported by Vanity Fair (I linked it upthread) so it should be true.
I thought it was a good episode but will be disappointed if Zemo's story is done. I mean if this was all they were going to use him for why even bother. I also look forward to the sky beam ending. Only this sky beam will be a transporter beaming Sam and Bucky up to the moon base to say goodbye by to old man Steve Rogers and Old Lady Peggy Carter with robot Phil Coulson in charge of the base.
She said they were sending Zemo to the Raft, the supervillain prison in the middle of the ocean from Civil War. They didn't take him back to prison in Wakanda.I have to wonder - now that Zemo is interned in Wakanda; if they're going to have Zemo - either accidently, or as some sort of mis-guided 'revenge' because BP didn't allow Zemo to kill himself at the nd of CA:Civil War) - be the one who killed/if framed forthe muder of T'Challa <-- IE - he's the 'plot device' that drives whatever story they do to explain the death of T'Challa in the MCU.
Ah okay. I didn't realize that prison facility in CA: Civil War had that name. She said they were sending Zemo to the Raft, the supervillain prison in the middle of the ocean from Civil War. They didn't take him back to prison in Wakanda.
That proves absolutely nothing. IMDb is notoriously unreliable when it comes to future productions. And yes, even though Black Widow finished production a year ago, it's still a future production.JLD is not in the IMDB cast list for the movie. They're done filming and JLD is hardly a big enough name to try and surprise us with

Would they? The news that she would be in the movie broke today. It takes IMDb awhile to update. It's not instantaneous like wikis.I know it isn't an end-all/be-all of movie info, but I think they would list her by now if she was in the movie.

And again, IMDb is not reliable.
Hell, the Wikipedia article is under semi-protection which is why it hasn't even been updated yet.
The way they talk about Steve certainly makes it seem like there's not an 'old man Steve' they can pick-up the phone and call. So unless he dropped dead in the few months between Endgame and Falcon/Winter Soldier... Maybe he went back to his own reality.
