Looks like complete ships to me, just lacking phaser strips.
Just call Eaglemoss (call, don't write), describe the problem and ask for a replacement.
I've had to do this a couple of times and they are pretty easy to deal with. You bought a nice replica and should not have to bend it back into shape

Looks like there will be an updated version of one of the Shipyards books that includes the Zheng He and the 32nd Century ships. Oh, and the Akira class is on the cover again, hopefully it's actually in the book this time

Any idea on the book's release? If it ain't too long, it could reveal the name of the remaining unidentified 32nd century classes.
Well, I got a little greedy this past week. Since I found out my work was going to be offering overtime for the next couple of weeks, I decided to get myself a little bday present and splurged a little more than usual on an EM order: For the first time, I got five ships! The Reliant concept (the only ship on my xmas wish list that I didn't get), the Promellian battle crusier, the Tamarian cruiser, the SS Emmette, and the Sheliak ship.
The Karemma ship remains elusive, and there's a couple of other ships I may get down the line, but for now, I'm really excited about this bunch.

Not sure if that was a joke,
but I always display them forward, except for the asymmetrical Borg ship from "Descent", because the stand for that one seemed to insist on going in sideways. I also had to turn the base and stand for the smaller Vidiian ship backwards in order to have the ship itself facing forward.I was also initially had the Devore ship the other way, before a quick look at a clip from the episode "Counterpoint" on Youtube confirmed that it's oriented the other way (even though it really looks like it shouldn't be).
News on the “Space: 1999” Eagle: still on track for a Summer 2021 release. First part of the S’99 collection. Gets its own box art.

I reckoned Eagle One was a one-off.
Next models will be other Eagles, and in the long run, potentially more Anderson designs.

It should be required that you do an energetic disco/tango fusion dance to the intro tune prior to opening your first model in the Space 1999 series. If I were Q, I would make that happen.

As a child, I had an Eagle One toy. It was a nifty little thing and entertained me for hours. I don't know yet if I will get the Eaglemoss version. The price is an issue for me.
My wife wants the Eagle so much that she’s getting it even if she balks at the price.
I have one of those! The standard version with the detachable pod. Got it on my trip to Portmeirion in the Number 6 Village Shop back in 2004.
Always been fascinated with the modular Eagle design, and the Hawk fighters from that one episode were positively bad-ass. IIRC, there were some designs called "Swifts" and "Super Swifts" that built upon the Eagle's design which Eaglemoss can use in their line as well.
There were also the little-known Dinky Toys from the 70's that had a couple of Eagles and a few of the other Anderson designs - Thunderbirds and such. They had some really weird colors and odd inaccurate proportions - typical of toys from that era that cared less for collectible accuracy and more for high-saturation colors and "playability" - but they were still quite nice and sturdy.
Still got two of the Dinky Eagles somewhere (one with crew pod, one with magnetic hook and waste bottles). I've also got a couple of the model kits (Hawk and Eagle again)
