Prodigy is the one that I've been most excited to see. This image gives me very positive vibes. Imagine Rebels mixed with Avatar, but set in the Star Trek universe. Somehow I think that Janeway is going to be the antagonist, and I love it.

I felt like it was more of a random D&D campaign set in a SF universe. But, yeah, I can see what you're saying.

I wasn't impressed with Lower Decks during the run-up to its premiere, so I'll definitely give Prodigy a chance.

It's been interesting when it comes to my initial impressions of things. I was very enthusiastic for Disco and Picard, but disappointed. Not very enthusiastic for Lower Decks and The Orville but I ended up loving them.
I really like the premise of this one, which is why I'm excited. Visually it could be better, but my biggest hope is that it brings young people to Star Trek.

Nice. I would've preferred more recognizable aliens, but eh, whatever. It's possible that the guy next to the robot is a heavily redesigned Tellarite.

More evidence for my belief that all the cast are aliens.

It might because it looks nothing like Star Trek. So, it might appeal to those who maybe feel less intimidated with trying to jump in a larger franchise like Star Trek.
