Wait a minute. HOW CAN MOTORS RUN AFTER THE BURN???!!???
Better watch out...It's true, I caught Kurtzman in my house trying to take all my DVDs. Michelle Paradise was outside in car at the curb with the motor running.
How do they react to it? Intrigued or bored? For 30 years I worked in the real general public: high schoolers. I would show the Enemy Within to my psych classes.
The vast majority of students had never seen any Trek. Not even the new movies. Not Pine, not Shatner. They sort of knew it was a scifi thing. CBS only came on my last two years. Maybe it's changed a little.
Avengers, yes. Star Trek, not really.
When a new SW movie came out, there'd even be a good chunk of kids who hadn't seen any SW ever.
We often way overestimate what the general public thinks of Trek.
Did you feel threa'ened, and did you sign an after david? It's true, I caught Kurtzman in my house trying to take all my DVDs. Michelle Paradise was outside in car at the curb with the motor running.
David wasn't around for him to go after.Did you feel threa'ened, and did you sign an after david?
So, respectfully (genuinely not trying to be a dink, just curious)...you don’t like the Berman era and you clearly don’t like the Kurtzman stuff....are you actually a Star Trek fan?
Because that’s like 80% of the entire franchise.
I think this is one of the things I'm struggling with. The timing of everything feels urgent, even though a lot of time has passed. It happened with Unification, and it's happening with The Burn. I'm starting to wonder if going 930 years into the future was a good idea. Maybe it should have only been 800 or 700 years.
David wasn't around for him to go after.
Oh, yeah, good point.Tragically, I believe David died in the motion picture "Star Trek III- The Search for Spock" (Paramount: 1984)
Now they have the episode's screencaps:My pictures are from TrekCore. Accept no substitutes. Yeah, I’m done with this one.
Still look on the blue side to me.![]()
That could be a lot of it, yes. To some degree, the perception of color really is quite subjective, and can fall victim to additional in-between interference to further muddy the perception.Looks like Kryptonite green to me. No accounting for monitor adjustment I guess![]()
Have you been to a paint counter? That could be a lot of it, yes. To some degree, the perception of color really is quite subjective, and can fall victim to additional in-between interference to further muddy the perception.
And then there's this cute little chart. I'm definitely the one on the right.
