When Suru says she is never coming back I couldnt help think of Poochie.

That episode was Sub Rosa level bad and served no purpose for the plot. Why did they not just leave her in the 23rd century. Well at least next week looks really good

Overlong, overpredictable, pointless and unnecessary. Quite boring.

I’m surprised to see this go from the splendid episode of last week to this...”nothing”.

Of course Lorca doesn’t show up, of course Mirror Burnham isn’t really reformed, of course is a test, of course it’s the guardian and of course emperor is sent back for her 23rd century series.

And I’m honestly surprised they managed to make the Guardian of Eternity look videogame bad.

Also, the threads about the burn and the Emerald Chain keep being there and not being developed...But *now* Discovery is a big target for Osyra again...Too bad she never had a chance to face our ship when it was alone and with no support, right?!

5. The only thing I liked was the kelpians part.

I miss the disembodied majesty of the 60's Guardian, an authoratative entity so mysterious and undefined it transcends the very time it generously archives for perusal.

The new user interface has more personality, certainly, but I just feel something has been lost.

It has been nearly 930 years since the 23rd century... and the GoF mentioned, the Temporal Wars happened too (that shook him profoundly).
It may be that because of the Temporal Wars, the GoF was sought after by others with much greater understanding of time/space compared to the Discovery crew.

The fact people tried using GoF during the T.W. was a rather 'bleak' mention on his part.

I don't think anything has been 'lost'... could be just another 'evolution' for GoF - Carl might not have existed in the 23rd century for all we know.

Why did it suddenly appear now just cause Burnham stood in a spot?
The badge throwing scene was so dumb it was like a scene from a 00s comedy taking the p1ss out of the Matrix
Also why did the door have to dramatically explode into tiny pieces. Someone needs to cut this shows budget or hire someone who isnt trying to be Michael Bay to use it
