There was a liberated Borg child in LDS (the future scene with the O'Brien statue) but yeah, I don't recall seeing any of the others. A logical inclusion would be Voth. I suspect their City Ship would have eventually made their way back to the Beta Quadrant by then.

The "concept" was basically "the Crips and Bloods in space" - which is just awful.

I mean, they didn't go through with it, but when your read what they meant them to be - an allegory for LA street gangs - it's damn good they didn't live up to their original conceptions, because it would have led to a lot of shit which would make Code of Honor seem in good taste.

I don't see it having to go that way. Still an interesting idea.

I'd planned on watching this after dark, on the train home from Sacramento (in part, to avoid finishing Coda-2 before I had Coda-3 in hand), but <lolspeak>O Noes!</lolspeak> I forgot to pack my headset!

So I watched it yesterday, after I got home, between catching up on Jeopardy.

Yes, I can certainly see the gangbanging element in the story. But I rather liked the little details here and there: Saru and Tilly having time to quibble over a "signature order," Georgiou getting anesthetized, Stamets and Adira bonding over music, and especially Detmer having some fun.
