News Superman & Lois Ordered to Series at The CW

Even if they don't do that with that character I kind of like the idea of them exploring this idea as well on the show. Granted I could see her being a admirer of Clark and finding out his secret of being Superman and having a conflict of interests in terms of. Do I do my job and report this or do I keep it a secret for him and his family and basically the whole world.

Series premiere announced for 2/23. Thought it would be sooner, but at least it’s official, at long last.

Cool, looks like a more traditional cape attachment instead of those bizarre epaulet-strap things.

As I’ve said before, the suit isn’t actually all that important to me — story and character are what matter — but I agree on both counts: Given my druthers, the cape clasps are better off nixed, but the return of the classic red trunks would have been welcome.
Have not been able to confirm this anywhere, so take it with a large grain of salt, but per IMDB Joselyn Picard has been cast as Sophie Cushing, Lana's younger daughter.
Yeah, I'm glad to see they got rid of those giant cape clasps.
I've never been a fan of the red trunks, so I'm fine with them being gone.

Already being heroes, and the show hasn't even premiered yet.
It’s hard to tell from low quality of those images but appears they improved overall how this suit fits to his body. The previous suit tried to simulate the nu 52 armor not through plating or hard pieces but small fabric pieces. Which flattened his muscles and overtly detailed for no reason. This looks to more high light his own muscles, the traditional approach. Likely more comfortable too.

At first glance, I mistook the mask for a full beard and my first thought was how they would digitally remove that on a TV budget.

The suit looks a little better from what we see but the red trunks do matter. Hopefully they pull a Flash and get them. Perhaps they can do a flashback to his early career in Metropolis and he has them, or maybe he decides to once again wear them.

I can't decide if this is a good sign or a bad one. If they are hiring writers like this, then it's a bad sign because the show runners don't seem to care about Superman, but rather checking boxes and continuing the woke garbage of Supergirl. But this writer got fired so maybe the other writers DO care about making a show that is actually good rather than preachy.
I really want to like this show and I really want it to be better than what Supergirl devolved into.

This probably a background prop paper so probably not meant to be read but still. Some appears to be hand written, others seems to be randomly generated, or garbage text. If you google search some of the lines you can find them online, in equally gibberish paragraphs.
