Cobra Kai - The Karate Kid Saga Continues

I'm looking forward to season 3. I hope whoever picks up the show is willing to continue it as long as the creators need to wrap-up their story-lines.

I wish they would just announce Season 3's drop date.

I would hope that Netflix picking it up means that there will be at least a season 4. I really appreciate good writers that respect the material, and I feel Cobra Kai has that.

It was just posted on the Cobra Kai Facebook page that season 3 will be out in 2021.

Netflix commercial about Cobra Kai seasons 1 and 2 coming to them. And 5 seconds of it is about season 3.

Watched both seasons this weekend. I really liked it. Lots of nice 80s nostalgia. The story keeps you wanting to see more. There are a lot of nice callbacks to the movie. The fight scenes are very well done. There are several pretty epic fights.

My biggest issue is that there is too much of a delay with Season 3. To make us wait until 2021 is a bit much, especially given that we are really starved for new entertainment.

I get the idea of introducing the show to a larger audience, but there really is no difference between doing that with 3 seasons instead of 2.

They really knocked it out of the park. I absolutely love this show. It's almost perfect. With the exceptions of Miyagi's birth year, the casting of Daniel's son, and the result of the Demitri and Hawk confrontation in the season 2 finale, the show knocked it out of the park.

I always appreciate intelligent writing.

Wow! If anybody is lazy the new footage starts at 2:11 . Love the return of ...

You know, it might be a good thing Cobra Kai started at YouTube. It means Netflix won't cancel it after three seasons, or they'll cancel it after they air the next three seasons so we'll get five!

Love this show. Positively rocks. I sometimes think that they take Johnny's Luddite personae a little too far ("www period cobrakai period com" - really?), but other than that, the right balance of fresh new story with 'Memberberries thrown in for us old farts that remember the good old days of the 80's. The only thing they are (understandably) missing is Pat Morita. The archive footage and voice-overs they've used of him have been sparing and appropriate. Overall, a very well-done show and looking forward to S3 - which is sadly not likely going to come out until early next year.

This is possibly the best show on TV. The only beef I have besides the ones I listed above is the fact that they are making us wait until 2021 and haven't even given a month. The season is in the can. People love it. Get it going.
