Trefayne (the clairvoyant Organian)
Clue # 1 It's unclear what makes me different from the others.
He senses the arrival of the Klingons while the others don't seem to.
Clue # 2 Despite which, we all look very similar.
The Five Organian Councilmen all appear to be elderly gents.
Clue # 3 Then again, appearances aren't everything.
No kidding, when it come to Organians

Myself, and at least one other, are only seen in one room. Perhaps that is where we stay during this whole 'episode'.
Only two of the Five are seen outside the council room. Trefayne isn't one of them.
Clue # 8 Then again, whose to say we don't simply vanish when not in front of the visitors.
They probably do.
Clue # 9 There is more to my statement than meets the ear, so to speak, but the visitors do not pick up on this with any immediacy.
Despite Trefayne's statements about sensing the Klingons' arrival, K&S continue to treat the Organians as clueless bumpkins.
Clue # 10 Myself and my colleagues are all about the same age. But appearances aren't everything.
They appear as elder statesmen but what's an epoch or two among friends

Thanks for the compliments, folks. I was fairly sure it an Organian after clue 5 but it wasn't until clue 9 that I could narrow it down to one. I think @Methuselah Flint gave a great set of clues for this round. Hope I can do as well.

2. His father was the previous mission commander from whom he learned everything.
3. After hitting the energy barrier, it forced them to take human form and lose their Kelvan alien forms. By the time their ancestors return to their galaxy, they will be aliens. Enemies!
4. Hitting the energy barrier forcing them to take human form and experience human emotions for the first time.
5. Rojan loses Kelinda to Kirk, then Kirk loses her back to Rojan.
