There's such weird asymmetry on those plans.
I noticed that, too. It's making my OCD kick in. The ship I drafted is quite the opposite; the whole thing is 100% left-right mirror symmetrical.

I don't mind asymmetric plans, only that areas of the ship should not be isolated/hidden from entry (unless it is like secret passages and rooms like in Hogwarts ).

And SO MANY turbolift stops for such a small deck!
To be fair, the turbolift networks on most official Trek blueprints (as well as the map shown inside the TMP turbolifts) are too extensive for the size of the ship.

To be REALLY fair, I think oddities inherent in ALL turbolift layouts, fan-made and official, past, present and future, may now be forgiven after we've been shown the Disco-era funhouse roller coaster internals last season.

I'm all for asymmetry, so long as there is a design reason behind it. I do not see that here

Granted, it is a bit of a Trek tradition (there were 2 turbolifts only 20 yards apart in The Naked Time) and Franz Joseph's plans took it to heart. However, at least his turbolift shafts were properly integrated into the layout of the rooms and corridors.

This was posted on the Axamonitor group in response to the Axanar pins that look similar to the official FanSets ones

That stuff started popping up after I got my new computer and I don't know how to get it to go away.
That usually happens when you cut and paste from another app or window that includes hidden formatting codes.

If you do Control+alt+V, (at least in Chrome), it will paste the text without any extra formatting you may have unintentionally copied.

Also, you can copy and paste the style alone from one program to another (if they use the same format encoding). On a Mac it's Command+Option+Shift+V.
