The local college radio station has been playing The Monkees all afternoon.

You're welcome. It popped on a local radio station and I had to look it up. Apparently it comes a lot of traditional Mongolian musical instruments and throat singing with more metal elements. The band also recorded a track for Star Wars: The Fallen Order video game. It sounds appropriately alien:

    Jean-Michel Jarre -Oxygene part 7

I remember going to my usual music and instrument store in 1997 a few days after this album came out, didn't really know what to expect, Chronologie which came out before was really different than what came before, this was going back to the old style and yet more modern, a few years later I managed to see a VHS recording of Oxygene in Moscow of course wishing I had been there with the more than 3.5 million other people that did attend...

there is a phase variance happening that keeps the sound loop constantly needing adjusting .. but I am dealing well with the subtle discrepancies you know. :)

Posted it before, but it is so nice and positive, think that everyone can use a little of that in these times.
