Spoilers The Rise of Skywalker Novel Confirms How Palpatine Returned

Oh, if they really want to piss of the fan base they could go the whole "Triclops" route with the First Order/Final Order/Imperial Remnant trying to assert power through Palaptine's "son" (aka clone) as the "true heir" to the galatic throne.

I always found Palaptine's son to be an interesting path to travel.

As much as I liked Rise of Skywalker, this list does make me wish there was a JJCut to Release.
 
Okay, the stuff fleshing out the relationship between Chewie and Ben Solo really should have been in the movie somehow.
 
Just finished the novel. The only thing that surprised me that wasn’t spoiled was that everyone seems to know that Anakin created Threepio. That wasn’t the case in the original timeline.

Artoo knew. It probably came up at one point or another.
 
So, it's like the ROTS novel for me all over again? Or the TPM novel? Or even the ESB novel with Luke's training?
