I saw Twiki from Buck Rogers among many others. That gave me a chuckle.
There's a few Star Wars characters there too.. But I'm curious about that couple next to Tegan. I think it's where I spotted Guinan.

No, that's Christopher Johnson from "District 9". The couple, well, the guy is Gigolo Joe, with Teddy next to him, but the woman, I'm not sure.
