Sorry if this has been covered before.

Can be any era or race and any reason you like.

For me I love the simplicity of Ent-A and really like how the layout puts most of the action infront of the captain rather than behind. Obviously the decor and computers look dated now and I can see why a seat for no.1 is maybe a good idea but overall I thing design was at its best here

The Enterprise-A's bridge as seen in Star Trek V. It has both soothing colors & lighting and a fairly simple layout IMO.

I love the USS Kelvin bridge with all it's retro buttons, dials and antennae, as well as the impossibly cool USS Vengeance.

I like the NX class bridge. Plausibly futuristic by our current standards, retro by what we've seen in Trek. What would be a good word for that, futuro-retroistic? :D

I think a truly talented designed could have figured out how to cram even more lights onto that bridge. :p

    1. The Enterprise-A bridge in TUC is my favorite. The TFF bridge is nice too, but I prefer the color-scheme in TUC.

    2. The Discovery bridge. It seems like a nice blending of the Enterprise-A and the Enterprise-E bridges.

    3. The Refit Enterprise bridge.

    4. The Enterprise-E bridge.

    Then there's everything else. :p

So generally: The more the bridge reminds me of the movies, the better. That's my rule of thumb.

Before someone says, "You like anything Discovery!" I'm going to cut them off at the pass and say, for the record, I'm very lukewarm about the Disco Enterprise bridge. Even though it's not one of my favorites, I prefer the TOS Enterprise bridge over it. The Disco Enterprise bridge just looks way too busy, IMO.

So I'm not too hot on the Disco Enterprise bridge. But I legit like the bridge of Discovery itself.

I forgot about the TUC redesign of TFF's! :alienblush:

It's a coin toss but I'd put those as 2nd and 3rd place respectively. TFF was almost "bathroom white" if not "iphone white" but TUC really nails it with the revamped design, burgundy leather, the 24-hour mode clocks everywhere (I loved it at the time...)

Despite that, TMP-III wins it for me with more monitors and less "busy" layout (even if they were backscreen projection, as opposed to real display units TFF and TUC were afforded).

The more militaristic look of TMP and Cage just look sharp.

Defiant's also had just the perfect feel and look for a battleship.

And, of course, TOS season 3 with its backscreen projection (as seen in "Spock's Brain") really added a surprising flair of tangible authenticity... shame it didn't last.

Agree, TMP-WOK-SFS 1701-Refit Bridge does look the most advance futuristic because it is so less "busy" and basically simplified.
