It just hit me. Tamlyn Tomita got top billing in the end credits, yet she only appeared at the end of the episode and had ONE LINE? 
Also, regarding the episode's title ("even in paradise, there am I" or words to that effect): Who is it referring to? Who is "I"?
personally I think it's death - i.e. death exists even in the most idyllic places.
And what exactly the hell does Narek expect to happen when he reaches the Borg cube? Somebody will see him and cut him down...
