I've not heard that term either, but just presumed it was referring to what they planning after the Viacom merger. I read somewhere two streaming services were merging along with it, our something.

It seems like all the series have been getting some love from CBSAA except for Enterprise recently so I would be up for something like this. We could finally get a birth of a federation/Romulan War movie/show

I see no problem with calling a Pike show Star Trek Enterprise, repeating titles is not that uncommon.
