I didn't like them eating meat from hunting, especially cute little bunnys.
Cute little murderous bunnies, maybe, that were overpopulating the planet. Sounds like a eat-or-be-eaten kinda deal

Eat them before they eat you.Cute little murderous bunnies, maybe, that were overpopulating the planet. Sounds like a eat-or-be-eaten kinda deal
If we can recast Spock (twice), we can recast Lwaxana.
Rebecca RomjinWho would you suggest as Lwaxana?

Wasn't that a one off line in Season 1 where that smug superiority was rampant before they all faced reality thanks to Q's help and got humbled? So much for Riker's season one screed about respecting and not eating animals, I guess....
In a world where you can replicate meat in seconds, it seems particularly cruel and pointless to kill animals for food.
how are the Sex Pistols trash metal? She wore a T-Shirt with the name of a popular Klingon thrash metal band written on it. Obviously, she's appropriating the Klingon appropriation of Earth music.

can't be. the episode is still thereShe 100% steals the episode.
If its to keep the ecosystem stable, then yes. I got a feeling that Bunnicorns aren't actually endangered but are a nuisance that is edible and at the same time keeps the population under control.Would it be ethical if Kestra killed the bunnicorn but replicated another to take its place?
Actually, Riker was eating replicated gagh on the Enterprise, and was surprised when he learned on the ship that it was eaten live.I take it you missed the season 2 episode where he was shoving live animals into his face in preparation for serving on that Klingon ship?
Replicators don't create life.Would it be ethical if Kestra killed the bunnicorn but replicated another to take its place?
I like the kid, but I don't like how she's killing animals when there is no need for that. Humans in the Star Trek future should have evolved beyond that kind of behavior.
Why? There is nothing wrong in killing an animal for sustenance and I'm sure she did it humanely. Besides, the bunnicorns had it coming. I hear they are bad gamblers and owed some people some money.
Cute little murderous bunnies, maybe, that were overpopulating the planet. Sounds like a eat-or-be-eaten kinda deal
Replicated bunnicorn tastes like crap. They have shields and anti-cloaking scans on their little farm, probably have defensive systems too. I don't see why they wouldn't have a replicator, even if it isn't as nice.
