Brophy originally decided to play Dr. Bruce Maddox because the role offered a chance to have an impact on the Trek universe. And because the TNG Season 2 writers were asked to create a character "who was a hundred times more badass than Data and Riker's chair-mounting capacity combined."
Well, that describes Brophy all right.
Brophy doesn't mount chairs. He simply pulls one out and it requests he sit on it.
Brophy doesn't wobble in GIFs. The GIF has inertial dampeners that let him to do whatever he likes.
It's not the real Brophy. It's the Holo Brophy suffering from severe malfunctions only Data is able to repair!
