Michael Chabon is showrunner, FFSHe is the Executive Producer and Showrunner.
But when one lives in one's own little universe, it's apparently quite easy to do so.No.
You just can't bend reality to your will, it doesn't work that way.
No he isnt. His boss his Alex Kurtzman.
No I live in the real world. Where Kurtzman is his boss. But when one lives in one's own little universe, it's apparently quite easy to do so.
Also makes it much easier to be divisive and be willy-nilly with derision.
It’s like if a Earth was destroyed. I don’t think the Federation would collapse because of that.Star charts are not canon and besides, what the planets have on them matters much more than just the space itself.
that doesn't make Kurtzman showrunner though. He's an Executive Producer, just like Stewart himself or Rod Roddenberry for that matter. Is Rod Roddenberry Chabon's boss? And since Chabon is Executive Producer too, is Chabon Chabon's boss?No he isnt. His boss his Alex Kurtzman.
I'd immediately give myself a BIG raise if I were him.that doesn't make Kurtzman showrunner though. He's an Executive Producer, just like Stewart himself or Rod Roddenberry for that matter. Is Rod Roddenberry Chabon's boss? And since Chabon is Executive Producer too, is Chabon Chabon's boss?
Kurtzman doesn't write the scripts or control the writers room. That is what Chabon as the showrunner does.No he isnt. His boss his Alex Kurtzman.
I somehow get the sense that you don't actually know what a showrunner isHe is the boss. No, not Rod or Patrick. Just Kurtzman.
Or when one is telling the truth apparently. Some here think Chabon runs a separate company and has no bosses. He does. Starting with Alex Kurtzman. No real sense in posting Actual Facts.
They don't count when one is being intractable.
But it is not like that. Because Federation is an union of many different species with their home worlds, not an empire with one species dominating an area of space. Earth being destroyed would be a massive blow, but the Federation would likely to continue, they would just move the capital to Vulcan or Andor etc. But if in an empire the central seat of power, and most likely many secondary ones are destroyed, it may easily lead to dissolution of the whole empire. All the subjugated species will see it as their chance to gain their freedom. It’s like if a Earth was destroyed. I don’t think the Federation would collapse because of that.
I know for a fact that you dont.I somehow get the sense that you don't actually know what a showrunner is
It was already demonstrated in the other thread that knowing what words mean is not their strong suit.I somehow get the sense that you don't actually know what a showrunner is
This has become an "I Know You Are But What Am I" kinda thing.I somehow get the sense that you don't actually know what a showrunner is
Kurtzman is his boss. That's what he does.Kurtzman doesn't write the scripts or control the writers room. That is what Chabon as the showrunner does.
