La Sirena

I just figured out what the La Sirena reminds me of...

...So they're flying a 'roach?

Loving the concept of that ship. Not yet in love with the shape. But at least it stays true to how pirate ships in Trek are portrayed.

Yep.
One of those crafty ones that boldly scuttles across the toes of the Federation in broad daylight.

I wonder how much Rios wants. 100 bars of gold pressed latinum?

I desperately want them to name-drop latinum on this show as Rios' preferred method of payment.

(and to reveal that Picard has a secret stash of 10,000 bars somewhere on the vineyard.)

My question is - we know Rios has several holograms at his disposal, but who is the crew on his ship? up until the (unexpected) arrivals of Raffi and Jurati, who, exactly, was going to sit at all of those crew consoles and stations?

He's described as a "Loner", my guess would be that the main console is set up so he can do everything from there on his own.
Especially since it's all holographic controls.
If he get's in a pinch, he can always call up one of his EH's.

He really doesn't seem to be a "people person".
(except when it come to being paid)

The model is alot clearer a picture of it. With the cockpit/mini bridge near the glass and that large open space behind them is the rest of that crew/cargo module, that gives a clearer picture of the scale of it.

It seems ... going by that drawing, it may only have two decks.

With the shoulders of the wings being smallish shuttle bays?

I was more struck that he made the EMH in his own image. Although with a different personality. Freud would have something to say about that I am sure.

The two outboard structures do stand out. I suspect the front portion of the "skis" have weapons mounted in them. Not sure what the outboards are. Could fit shuttle pods in them. I assume it has some.

Yeah, the 4 deck idea is out. Two at most, especially considering how high the ceilings are in that main thru deck where the cockpit it located.
