Lots of wonderful new shots of La Sirena in episode 3
will post some caps.
Also it was quite exhilarating as Picard comes aboard, we get the classic motion picture/next gen. leitmotif.
Then when he for just a second contemplates taking the captains chair, it was quite emotional.
The ship (like it's crew) by design are supposed to feel very un-Starfleet.
And they succeed, this ship is everything (down to the design and even color) opposite of the Capital hero ships we are used to,
And that's what I'm liking about it most. If you are still pining for a Capital Federation hero ship, this isn't going to work for you.
Although as Picard quickly breaks it down (along with it's Captain) it looks like at it's heart is buried the meticulous, ordered core of a federation ship and it's captain.
We've only gotten a hint of what it's capable of (or hiding in it's ugly exterior) yet,
It (and it's quirky Captain) has me very intrigued to see what they can do.
Also (and most importantly) Picard is happily onboard, so what's not to love!
His "engage" (even though I'de already seen it in the trailer) made my heart swell
