CBS App won't play Picard

Do you have enough memory left in the phone to DL the app?
I had to delete a couple of older apps and do a bit of optimizing before I could get ALL ACCESS to work on mine.
And one of my older phones didn't use to let me know when that was the problem.

I hear you can get CBS All Access through Prime. That may be better since they have the best player out of all of them.

I don’t know. It may be a separate thing. It’ll be one of their add on channels.

Yes, though the Mrs. re-signed me up through the All Access site back the first week of January, we also have PRIME.
(I originally used PRIME to watch DISCOVERY then quit the CBS add-on due to the cost and nothing else interested me there)

Be careful though, it will charge you twice if you do both at the same time.

You have to pick one or the other.
If you already bought a month of All Access, then you may want to wait till that runs out before using PRIME to re-signup.
