    Hi,

A few years back, there was a Next generation tour mode simulation, but it was cancelled, but there are files of it available according to searches on bing.

What was the point in all of this, for it then be cancelled, I found out late last year.

It was an unauthorised project which was shut down by the rights holder, likely because of the overlap with the authorised game Star Trek: Bridge Crew.

They should simply sell it, then everyone would be happy

I believe it was called Stage 9. Very glad I downloaded a copy before it went away. It was quite comprehensive (and huge).

The same team is now making an Orville project, which is now out for free on Steam.

It is still available on the web, there are downloads. I tried it only for a dll not to be included with it, so I don't know about that. 'vulcan-1'

Obviously the tour mode, wasn't like Elite force's tour mode. I recently edited the bridge map, added a few drones around. They chase the player, when nearby. The bridge had a network setup, paths, and just required using the existing scripts to go after the FP.

Unfortunately, since I could never learn the icarus language, I gave up on it, tried for about two, or three years. I even emailed an old modder of the game, but no luck there.
