I checked and it came out over ten years ago. I wasn't even a Star Trek fan back then!^Didn't Missing in Action come out a bunch of years ago?
Yeah...10 years seems like more than long enough to not have to include spoiler captions. Of course, much like @JWolf , i'm not a mod, and that's not my call.I checked and it came out over ten years ago. I wasn't even a Star Trek fan back then!
^Didn't Missing in Action come out a bunch of years ago? I think you may be a bit late on the spoilers request.

Normally you'd be correct - the rule for spoilers in the TrekLit forum is six months. However, this thread was started by someone who hadn't read New Frontier yet, so a certain amount of extra care should be applied.
That’s like saying that people should put Spoiler codes on topics discussing Shakespeare’s MacBeth & Hamlet, even though those are over 400 years old!Just because a Trek book is at least six months old does not mean every has read it. So spoilers should go in a spoiler tag. I've not read every Trek book. I've read most. So do we really want to spoil Trek books for some just because the books are six months or more old? I feel six months is way too short a time. I've had plenty of cases where I've not yet read the latest books and it's boon over six months. Would I want to have them spoiled just because I didn't read them right away? Not a chance.
So can we please be careful with spoilers? Thanks.

glad to see that there are some people besides me that enjoy the New Frontier books and the New Earth books
