Things that frustrate us all

I hate Murphy's law! It was a dry though darkish morning and of course the instant I had left my house for the farmers' market and was well out of reach of any umbrella it started raining.

House hunting again.

Rang one agent three times about three viewing houses today. All sold/under offer. Why list houses I can’t view? Bit reluctant to enquire about any of their others now.

Maybe they just hadn't removed the listings yet?

Dear Facebook and Zuckerbot,

Thanks so much for the reminder of the anniversary of my best friend's sudden death. Really made my morning.

Also, fuck you.

Stupid "memories" function. "We care about you" oh piss off.

Another reason I'm not on FB right now. Yeah, I want to remember my wedding day and my cat's last day on Earth. :censored:

It's 20 after 3 in the morning, I've been awake for over an hour, I didn't get to sleep until around 11 pm and I'd been waking up around every half-hour or so. :brickwall:

^must be the season - the very same thing happened to me yesterday. Went to bed at 6 because I was dead on my feet, couldn't fall asleep until after 10 and then woke up 5 or 6 times till at 4 I finally surrendered and got up.

Frustrating thing today: it's a dark and foggy day and my enthusiasm for work keeps within boundaries that are tighter than a Victorian corset... I want a sofa, a good book, a mug of cocoa, some chocolates and a warm blanket! And a cave where I can hibernate for the next 6 months.

But on the History Channel?

If you’re going to mostly run shows about aliens, fine, change the name of your network to the “Fantastical Speculation Channel”.

Fair enough, but seeing as they show Star Trek on the Horror Channel in the UK, I wouldn't lose sleep over it.
