Avengers: Endgame made it very clear that nothing is "erased" by time travel, that the model of time travel used in Back to the Future and a million other movies is total nonsense. We saw again and again in the movie that going back and changing events did not alter your own timeline's past, but just created a separate branch where things happened differently. So that question has already been answered.
In real-world terms, Endgame was written by the creators/producers of Agent Carter, and they actually included AC's Jarvis in the movie. So I doubt very much that they intended A:E to contradict AC in any way.
