We need to talk about Spock's hair

I would have liked it if his hair was like in "The Cage."

Nimoy looked good in the movies and even in portrait pics. I think it’s partly the long, angular shape of his face. Helps for Vulcans to look devilish.

First run through I got 'These were still his rebellious ears'.

The guy had his frigging BRAIN replaced by McCoy and still had his hair perfectly assembled and styled.

Dude...respect the Early Shouty Spock and his less-than-presentable hairdo.

Everytime I see the title of this thread, I hear it being said with a Wendy Williams voice.

 

Considering that they got it right in the last episode of discovery, this has to be intentional. I don't know why, considering how much better the "right" version looks.

Poor Spock. Whenever he tries something new, the people closest to him always shoot him down. But to be fair, Amanda had every right to laugh at him when he decided to grow a mullet back in high school.

 

His ears are also much too wide now (the center sticks out to the side, compare frontal views...)
