Any strange smells, flies, or mail stacking up?

I'm sure the mail is stacking up inside. There's nothing strong or weird lingering in the air. There are cleaners who keep the place nice. I heard them sweeping up earlier. Everything is just dead quiet inside the noisy neighbour's property.

There's always varying degrees of noise from him that's inescapable. I mean, my bedroom wall is adjacent to and below his property. My bedroom window is roughly 12 feet from his communal entrance. So... I can hear people come and go in the stairwell a lot.

My apartment is roughly 18 feet in length from the front door to the bedroom wall. I can still hear loud noise from that distance too. The apartment is roughly 27 feet wide. There isn't anywhere that I can escape. I can hear noise from all four corners. Honestly, sometimes it's like a stadium grade sound system.

In the past, there have been quiet periods that have lasted this long. He might come back Wednesday/Thursday or Friday. If he doesn't then something is different.

or it's other opposite, Eifersucht, which is feeling badly about the good fortune of others (Jealousy)

But today, a tiny, cute, barely verbal toddler girl peeked over her mother's shoulder, & called me papa, in the department store line, to which we all giggled a bit, when I smiled & gently gave a "no" head shake to her, & while both very sweet & somewhat complimentary... also a little uncomfortable TBH. WTF is the word for that?

Last night I had a dream that Fox revived Firefly as a 14-episode limited event series and everyone whose character didn't die returned for it. However, the fans were pissed that the characters were acting different because 20 years had passed and wanted them to act exactly the same as if no time had passed.

That’s so crazy it could work. Alas, all the children wear the same. Blue shorts/skirt and a white top. The school is split across four houses, but they don’t wear anything to say which one they belong to.
